Its creators at Opibis openly state that it was “created to focus on emerging markets (in e-gaming)“. It is, for all intents and creative purposes, the digital casino coin of the future – except that it’s available in the present.

History of Crazy8Token

CR8 is not your typical cruptocurrency. It was never meant to be bought and sold on an exchange as a means of investing fiat money. Bitcoin wasn’t either, but it, and most of the altcoins that followed, ended up as such. CR8 is different because it was designed from the ground floor up as a crypto currency for the online gaming industry. It is not meant for use on the black market, and specific measures are taken to prevent money laundering (AML). A CR8 Wallet requires KYC (know your customer) identity verification. All CR8 transfers remain anonymous from that point, but the KYC factor puts it in compliance with most iGaming regulatory jurisdictions.

While the concept is commendable, Crazy8Token is in its nascent stages, and is still trying to get off the ground.
