Here is what personal information passes through Casino Instant Pay, what we do with it, and which of your rights we will act on. The policy applies to the whole of casinoinstantpay.com, French sections included.
Controller
Pelorine Online Media Limited, Leisure Island Business Centre, 23 Ocean Village Promenade, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, publishes Casino Instant Pay and decides how information gathered on the site is used. Privacy questions go to [email protected].
The little we receive
We run no reader accounts, no comment threads and no mailing list. Personal information reaches us in just three ways:
- Your emails. Writing to us gives us your address, any name you sign with and whatever the message says.
- Request logs. Our host and Cloudflare, the network that serves and shields the site, log each request — the IP address, browser and device, the URL fetched, the referrer and the second it happened. Those records are needed to keep pages loading and to fend off attacks.
- Cookies. Two of our own on every page, plus two brief ones after you click towards a casino; both pairs are explained below and in the cookies policy.
What it is used for
Mail is read so we can answer it and correct anything you flag. Logs and cookies keep the site up and safe, show in aggregate how readers find us, and let a casino's affiliate programme attribute a registration to Casino Instant Pay. We process on the ground of a legitimate interest — publishing the desk and paying for it, plus, for correspondence, your own decision to write. Personal data is never sold, rented or swapped, and nobody builds an ad profile of you from it.
The cookies, briefly
mz_vid, a random identifier kept 12 months, and mz_src, holding for 30 days a note of whether you arrived by typing the address, from a search engine or via a link, are placed on every page. Use a /go/ link and the pair mozbiz_session / XSRF-TOKEN joins them for about 20 hours. Your name, email and card details never go into any of them. There is no Google Analytics here, no ad network and no session-replay script.
Who else is involved
Our host and Cloudflare handle traffic for us as processors. The affiliate programme receives only the anonymous tag carried by an operator link, and casinos pass us no personal details about you. A number of guides contain YouTube players; loading one sends your IP address to YouTube, which may store cookies under Google's rules. On a casino or payment company's site, that company's privacy notice takes over.
Cross-border processing
The publisher is in Gibraltar, and our suppliers keep servers in Canada, the European Union, the United States and elsewhere, which means processing can take place beyond provincial or national borders.
Retention
Emails are held while a conversation is open and deleted at the latest two years after the last message. Request logs roll over within 90 days. Cookies lapse on the schedule above, sooner if you clear them.
What you can ask for
Ask and we will send a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, erase it or stop a particular use of it. Email [email protected]; a reply follows within 30 days. Unhappy with how we handled it? Complaints can also go to the federal Privacy Commissioner or to the privacy regulator in your province.
Minors
This desk is meant for adults old enough to gamble legally, and nothing on it is designed to collect information about minors.
Updates
Each revision changes the date beneath the headline, and the text shown here is the current policy.
