This site is about one narrow thing: how money moves between a Canadian player and an online casino, and how long it takes to come back. Everything published here is written against that question, and the method below is the same on every page.
What we measure
- Direction. Whether a method can deposit, withdraw, or both. Deposit-only methods are labelled as such at the top of their guide, because that single fact decides the payout route.
- Currency. Whether Canadian dollars are held natively or converted. Double conversion is a real cost and it is stated when it applies.
- Pending period. The operator-side hold before a withdrawal is queued. This is the number that most often explains a slow payout, and it is set by the casino rather than the payment rail.
- Verification. When identity documents are requested and what is typically asked for.
- Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal per transaction and per period.
What we do not do
We do not publish payout times as a single promised number. A withdrawal passes through the operator's review, then the payment provider, then a receiving bank, and only the last of those three is predictable. Where a range is given, it is described as a range and the reason for the spread is stated.
We do not present a bonus figure we have not seen on the operator's own Canadian-facing terms. If an amount cannot be confirmed, the offer is described without a number rather than with a borrowed one.
How pages are kept current
Payment availability in Canada changes without notice — processors withdraw from the market, banks adjust their treatment of gambling merchant codes, and operators change pending periods. Each guide carries the date it was last reviewed. Where a method has left the Canadian market entirely, the page stays up and says so, because "this no longer works and here is what replaced it" is more useful than a deleted page.
Independence, and who pays for this site
Casino Instant Pay is an independent publication. Some outbound links to operators are commercial. That relationship does not decide what appears in a guide: a slow payout is described as a slow payout regardless of the link behind the brand name, and methods that pay no commission at all — Interac e-Transfer among them — get the same treatment as those that do.
You pay nothing to read us. What keeps the desk going is affiliate income: when a reader follows our link and opens an account, that casino may owe us a fee. Consider this section our affiliate disclosure. It sets out which links carry a fee, which company signs for it, and the things that income is never allowed to touch.
The company on the contracts
Pelorine Online Media Limited, Leisure Island Business Centre, 23 Ocean Village Promenade, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, publishes Casino Instant Pay. Every affiliate contract carries its signature, and every fee lands in its account. Our researchers and writers have no commercial contact with casinos, are not shown the rates, and earn the same whether a guide sends ten readers to a cashier or none.
Paid links and plain links
A link that can earn us money always begins on casinoinstantpay.com at a /go/ address — that is where the “Visit” buttons on our tables point. The hop forwards you to the casino with an anonymous tag attached, which is how the casino's affiliate programme recognises a visitor from this desk. In the HTML such links carry rel="sponsored", and the cookies policy names the cookies set along the way. Links to banks, payment companies, regulators, support lines, studios and news outlets are unpaid.
The ways casinos pay
Programmes differ. Some pay a flat sum for each new player who funds an account, some pay a slice of that player's net revenue to the casino month after month, and some combine the two. Rates vary by brand and are renegotiated from time to time. Under a revenue share, money a player loses can therefore end up as part of our income. We would rather you heard that from us: it is the core incentive any gambling site has to push you towards a sign-up, and it is the reason our guides open with cash-out facts instead of headline bonus amounts.
Payment brands pay us nothing
No deal links us to Interac, iDebit, InstaDebit, any e-wallet, any prepaid voucher or any bank. A method earns a place in our withdrawal tables only by what it does: whether it can carry winnings back to a Canadian account, how many days the trip takes and how much is shaved off on the way.
Things a fee cannot change
No casino can buy a higher row in a table, a shorter payout estimate, or the removal of a pending period, a charge or an ID headache from a guide. Brands that pay us nothing are measured with exactly the same yardstick, and a few of them get some of our warmest write-ups. If a partner starts sitting on withdrawals or rewrites its rules against players, the guide says so, even when that costs us the partnership.
Exclusive offers
Now and then a casino gives us a promotion that is not on its public page. When we print one, the guide states that it is tied to our link and compares it with the public deal, including the playthrough and any cash-out cap. An exclusive label is never a reason to rank a casino higher.
When a contract ends
Programmes shut down, change hands or leave Canada. The link may then stop paying or vanish, yet the guide stays up with what we found. Losing a commission is no reason to soften or sharpen what a page says about a cashier.
How the redirect is counted
A /go/ hop records nothing that names you. The casino learns only that a visitor arrived from this desk, and the figures it later reports to us are totals — sign-ups, first deposits, revenue — never a list of people. We cannot see what you deposit, what you win or what you lose, and we would not want to.
Ontario readers
From inside Ontario, stick to casinos on the AGCO and iGaming Ontario register. Offers shown on this site are meant for other provinces, since Ontario forbids regulated brands from advertising incentives to its residents.
Age and support
Operator links here are meant for readers who are 19 or over (18 or over for Albertans, Manitobans and Quebecers). Any stake can be lost in full. Free, confidential help is a call away at ConnexOntario: 1-866-531-2600, open every hour of every day.
Ask us about the money
Want to know if one particular link earns us anything, or think a guide reads like an advert? Send the address of the page to [email protected]. You will get an answer, and the page gets looked at again.
